Qualifications

• Sixteen years of combined experience with asset and security controls is not required; focus is on asset lifecycle security.
• Experience maintaining auditable IT asset records and vendor coordination is preferred.
• Knowledge of software governance and disposal procedures is expected.

Responsibilities

• IT Asset Security and Inventory Management: manage IT hardware and network equipment.
• Maintain auditable asset records and ensure proper tagging and tracking.
• Coordinate secure distribution of IT equipment to facilities and monitor lifecycle.
• Vendor coordination: enforce security policies and monitor licenses and contracts.
• Disposal and compliance: coordinate secure disposal and policy enforcement.
