Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

IT Asset & Operations Support Specialist

SALARY: 60.000 USD/yr;

LOCATION: Little Rock, Arkansas (on-site);

DESCRIPTION

YourCode, in partnership with a thriving FinTech organisation based in Little Rock, Arkansas, is currently aiming to hire an IT Asset & Operations Support Specialist to contribute to the continued growth of this organisation with a mixture of both technical support and hardware management within a client-facing environment.

You will be working as part of an established, high-performing team that is working collaboratively to serve high profile clients throughout the United States. As the IT Asset & Operations Support Specialist, you will be working on both the service desk and IT asset side of their MSP function, delivering world-class solutions to their prestigious client base.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• hardware lifecycle management & imaging;
• technical support (client-facing context) including troubleshooting (software & hardware);
• asset management & inventory support;
• team support, clear communication & documentation;
• project management for IT rollouts

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ yrs expertise within a technical support role (client-facing/helpdesk);
• hands-on expertise with hardware lifecycle management (imaging expertise desirable but not a must);
• expertise with IT ticketing systems;
• expertise/understanding of IT project management;
• strong troubleshooting skills;
• ability to travel regularly to client sites for the above purposes;
• ability to work on-site and not only remotely;

Candidates must have a driving licence to be able to undertake the travel element of this position.

The ideal person would have had prior exposure to both support and hardware-based sets of responsibilities and would understand the intricacies of a client-facing (professional services) context, with an ability to travel to client sites for the purpose of carrying out responsibilities and to openly and clearly communicate with clients and other team members both for rapport-building and for effectively carrying out their duties.
