Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, or ITAD.
• Experience owning daily production plans across multiple departments.
• Lean, 5S, and Kaizen with quantified results.
• Experience with ISO/R2v3 or similar certified management systems.

Responsibilities

• Own daily plan attainment across receiving, processing, test/diagnostics, and shipping.
• Balance labor to demand and protect the constraint while reducing aged inventory.
• Run the daily management system including tier meetings and Andon.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Logistics, E-Commerce, and Compliance.
