Job summary

PPC Partners is seeking an IT Asset Management professional to oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, and retirement. The role ensures accurate records, cost control, and compliance across end-user devices and software.

Responsibilities include license management, renewals, and coordination with vendors (e.g., CDW, Insight), along with collaboration across Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and Finance to optimize asset usage and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-5 years of IT asset management, service desk, or IT operations experience.
• Strong understanding of hardware lifecycle and inventory management.
• Experience with asset tools (KACE, ServiceNow, Intune, Auvik, Excel tracking).
• Strong organizational and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets: procurement, inventory tracking, deployment, maintenance, retirement.
• Coordinate purchasing and maintain stock inventory levels; track asset location and ownership.
• Track software licenses, usage, compliance, renewals and vendor audits; optimize software spend.
• Maintain accurate asset records and generate reports on inventory levels, utilization, and lifecycle status.
• Follow and improve ITAM processes; ensure adherence to IT policies and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and Finance; support onboarding/offboarding.
