Job summary

PPC Partners is seeking an IT Asset Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets across our operations in Wisconsin. You will manage procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement, while ensuring license compliance and cost control.

This role interfaces with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and Finance to optimize asset utilization and reporting. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in IT asset management, strong knowledge of licensing and hardware lifecycles, and experience with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years in IT asset management, service desk, or IT operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of hardware lifecycle and inventory management.
• Familiarity with asset tools (KACE, ServiceNow, Intune, Auvik) and Excel tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets (procurement, inventory, deployment, maintenance, retirement).
• Coordinate procurement of IT equipment and software; track locations, status, and assignments.
• Track software licenses, usage, renewals, and compliance; support audits.
• Maintain accurate asset records and generate reports on inventory, utilization, and costs.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, Finance on asset-related activities.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and asset-related project work.
