Job summary

You will govern asset records in ServiceNow, drive reconciliations, lifecycle processes, and governance forums with procurement and finance, ensuring data integrity and cost awareness. Ideal candidates have 5+ years ITAM experience, hands-on ServiceNow expertise, and strong data skills.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in IT asset management or IT operations.
• Experience owning asset data in an enterprise tool (ServiceNow preferred).
• Hands-on in asset reconciliation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own hardware asset management operations end-to-end.
• Reconcile discovery data with procurement records and ServiceNow assets.
• Manage asset exceptions, aging queues, and data accuracy.
• Track unaccounted, missing, and stale assets across locations.
• Produce recurring asset reports and dashboards.
