Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking an IT Asset Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of technology assets across hardware, software, SaaS, and mobile devices. The role emphasizes using Oomnitza as the central platform for asset records, workflow orchestration, and lifecycle management.

You will coordinate procurement, deployment, returns, and retirement, ensuring accurate data, license compliance, and cost control across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, business, data analytics, finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years in IT Asset Management, IT operations, service management, or related roles.
• Experience managing hardware, software, SaaS, mobile devices, inventories in a corporate environment.
• Hands-on with ITAM/ITSM platforms; Oomnitza preferred.
• Strong ITAM lifecycle, license management, and data stewardship knowledge.
• Experience with asset reconciliation across multiple systems and data sources.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of IT assets (hardware, software, SaaS, mobile devices, consumables).
• Maintain Oomnitza as system of record and workflow platform for asset lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate procurement, deployment, transfers, upgrades, and retirement of assets.
• Ensure assets are recorded, tagged, tracked, and reconciled across systems.
• Track licenses, renewals, and cost centers; ensure audit readiness and compliance.
