Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Asset Management Coordinator to oversee IT hardware and software assets across their lifecycle, ensuring accurate records and compliant deployments. You will manage licensing, inventory, and end-to-end provisioning for hires, transfers, and terminations.

The role involves coordinating asset returns, decommissioning, and data security, using tools like Intune, SCCM, and Workday, while supporting enterprise IT projects and BAU activities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Support, or Procurement in a corporate or enterprise setting.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles, particularly around configuration and incident management.
• Familiarity with at least one major ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, Freshservice).
• Technical fluency with Windows PCs, MacBooks, and mobile device ecosystems.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Suite for communication and asset tracking.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Own IT asset lifecycle management from procurement to retirement and decommissioning.
• Maintain real-time inventory records in asset management systems.
• Monitor asset utilization and lifecycle milestones to optimize ROI.
• Coordinate provisioning for new hires, transfers, and terminations.
• Support license management and software entitlement to ensure compliance.
