Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking an IT Asset Management Senior Specialist to lead enterprise-wide lifecycle management of IT assets, including hardware, software, and cloud assets. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2–8 years in IT asset management.
• Experience with asset lifecycle, audits, and compliance.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and ITIL.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT hardware assets across lifecycle with 95%+ accuracy.
• Maintain hardware, software, and cloud inventories.
• Process Desktop Software Requests, Software On-Boarding Requests, Software Acquisition.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through reclamation and optimization.
• Support vendor audits with asset data (licenses and entitlements).
• Develop and maintain asset management policies and procedures.
• Track software assets and provide compliance reporting for in-scope products.
• Reconciling asset records across lifecycle data and systems.
• Manage software entitlements for upgrades and end-of-life initiatives.
• Evaluate assets for redeployment or replacement with cost-effective options.
• Monitor asset management tools and document processes.
• CIO task and Domain/SSL Certificate Renewals, other duties.
