Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Senior Device Administrator (Finance) to manage device images and end-user devices across the organization. You will administer systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with IT teams to deliver secure, scalable end-user environments.

The role emphasizes system administration, image management, and providing escalation support for high-impact hardware and applications across Brookdale’s large employee base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 2–4 years of experience directly with PC hardware and software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administering systems and processes that affect large numbers of employees or devices.
• Create and manage device images and perform system administration.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced team members and escalate issues as needed.
• Serve as escalation point for high level hardware and application issues for EUS.
• Work with other IT teams to understand end user needs for new applications and systems.
• May travel for support and project work.
