Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT asset management, inventory control, or technology logistics.
• Experience with asset/inventory or service management systems.
• Familiarity with PCs, printers, mobile devices, peripherals, and software licensing.
• Strong documentation and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to follow security, approval, chain-of-custody, and data handling procedures.
• Strong communication with technical teams, vendors, and end users.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete IT asset lifecycle from procurement through retirement.
• Manage inventory, logistics, vendor coordination, and technology operations.
• Minimal end-user troubleshooting compared to traditional Help Desk roles.
• Improve asset management processes, documentation, and inventory controls.
• Exposure to hardware management, software licensing, warranties, audits, and compliance activities.
• High-visibility role working across IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Ideal for candidates who enjoy organization, process improvement, and operational excellence.
