Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC is seeking an on-site Asset Management Specialist to track IT assets through their lifecycle across multiple locations in Missouri. You will manage CMDB data, verify software licenses, and support depot operations with a focus on compliance and process improvements.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of related experience, with preference for ITSM knowledge, RFID inventory, and data center readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field and 2–4 years of related experience.
• Equivalent experience through accomplishments related to asset management and CMDB activities.

Responsibilities

• Tracks and manages the IT asset life cycle from selection and depreciation to retirement and replacement.
• Identify, control, record, report, audit, and verify configuration items and asset records.
• Maintain CMDB accuracy and asset records across hardware and software lifecycles.
• Operate material handling equipment and pursue company-sponsored certifications as required.
• Plan, monitor, and record hardware assets and software licenses to stay compliant with contracts.
• Provide KPI/metric information and standardized reporting on schedule and ad-hoc basis.
• Design and improve processes for software and hardware asset management.
• Manage requisitions through purchase orders and validation of orders.
• Ensure compliance with vendor contracts and asset life cycle policies.
