Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to translate technical specs into non-technical documents.
• Experience with cloud and SaaS environments and licensing workflows.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review and process software & hardware work orders, ensuring licensing compliance.
• Maintain asset management data in repositories and coordinate change management.
• Collaborate with technology teams to track software/hardware locations and changes.
• Support software audits, renewals, and license reclamation activities.
• Back up team members and assist with other asset management duties as needed.
