Job summary

TIME Systems is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage, maintain, and deploy IT equipment while tracking lifecycles in a CMDB such as Remedy. You will ensure accurate inventory records and timely reporting to support operations.

Key duties include performing annual inventory on 50,000+ items, producing monthly and quarterly reports, deploying devices for tech refresh, and identifying obsolete or out-of-warranty assets to sustain service levels.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• 1-3 years of relevant asset management experience.
• Experience with hardware asset management functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication; team-oriented.
• Well-organized with ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Track and report all IT assets.
• Conduct annual inventory across 50,000+ items.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Deploy IT equipment for tech refresh and desk-side support.
• Identify obsolete or out-of-warranty devices.
• Maintain daily inventory reports and asset thresholds.
