Job summary

Think Together in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Technician, Technology Infrastructure Inventory to manage the organization’s IT asset inventory across its lifecycle. You will track hardware and software, support imaging and deployment, and ensure asset records are accurate and compliant.

This role requires collaboration with IT teams and vendors for procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal, plus regular reporting on inventory status and lifecycle events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience in technology asset management or inventory control.
• Experience with asset management software/tools (Intune, Freshservice, ServiceNow) preferred.
• Experience in technical support or IT roles beneficial.
• Strong IT asset management knowledge: procurement, lifecycle, disposal.
• Proficient in Windows and MacOS; familiarity with Linux and mobile OS a plus.
• Familiarity with imaging/deployment tools including MS Intune.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management of hardware and software assets with regular audits.
• Oversee asset deployment and lifecycle management with IT teams.
• Assist procurement: quotes, purchasing, delivery coordination.
• Imaging and deployment across the organization with Intune integration.
• Provide technical support for asset-related issues and setup peripherals.
• Maintain documentation and generate asset reports for management.
• Ensure security/compliance and proper asset disposal.
