Job summary

TIME Systems is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage, maintain, and deploy IT equipment while tracking lifecycles in a CMDB such as Remedy. You will ensure accurate inventory records and timely reporting to support operations.

Key duties include performing annual inventory on 50,000+ items, producing monthly and quarterly reports, deploying devices for tech refresh, and identifying obsolete or out-of-warranty assets to sustain service levels.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• 1-3 years of relevant asset management experience.
• Experience with hardware asset management functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication; team-oriented.
• Well-organized with ability to multi-task.

Role Summary

TIME Systems is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will manage, maintain, and deploy IT equipment while tracking their lifecycles via a Configuration management database (CMDB) such as Remedy.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and report all accountable IT assets.
• Use automated and manual means to perform inventory annually (at a minimum) on over 50,000 items.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and other deliverables as required.
• Deploy IT equipment for Tech Refresh, Deskside Support, and Routing Requirements requests in support of upholding all Service Level Agreements.
• Identify obsolete, broken, and out of warranty equipment.
• Provide daily inventory reports.
• Maintain a threshold of assets for deployments.

Requirements

• Currently possess an ACTIVE DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with hardware asset management functions.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Office, MS Teams).
• Must be able to communicateeffectively both verbally and in writing, becourteous and professional wheninteracting with colleagues andcustomers, demonstrate a solid ability toidentify and solve problems, and be ableto work successfully in a teamenvironment.
• Be well-organized, able to plan and prioritize assignment, and effectively multi-task.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of BMCRemedy modules, especially AssetManagement.
• Has an IAITAM Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMP) or Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP) Certification.
