Qualifications

  • Experience maintaining inventory management programs or equivalent databases.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing.
  • Knowledge of ticketing software and procedures.
  • Knowledge of office equipment, computers, and relevant software and web applications.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment (laptops, monitors, printers, peripherals) and related facilities.
  • Interact regularly with Senate offices, committees, vendors and internal teams.
  • Move, lift and transport IT equipment as part of inventories and transitions.
  • Assist with inventories and office closures and transitions within Senate facilities.
  • Stand/walk during equipment handling and inventory activities as needed.
