Job summary

ASUS is seeking a detail-oriented IT Asset & Inventory Specialist to oversee lifecycle of IT hardware/software, manage billing for IT infrastructure, and ensure precise inventory data. You will support procurement, reporting, and decommissioning while maintaining rigorous data integrity and coordination with the IT team.

The role requires Excel and SQL proficiency, an MIS degree, and experience with ERP/ITAM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP systems, ITAM tools, or expense processing.
• Basic understanding of IT Helpdesk operations, networking, or server maintenance.
• Strong data handling with Excel and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Asset & Inventory Management: maintain accurate inventory records for IT assets.
• Procurement & Reporting: manage IT procurement workflows and generate asset reports.
• IT Infrastructure Billing: process and manage invoices and payment requests.
• Spare Parts Management: oversee inventory of network equipment and server parts.
• Decommissioning: securely dispose of end-of-life IT equipment per policy.
