Job summary

Security Finance is seeking an IT Asset Administrator to join our Information Services - Service Delivery team in Spartanburg, SC. Under moderate supervision, the role supports management of hardware and software assets, including procurement, inventory control, shipment tracking, repair, maintenance, and secure disposition of IT equipment.

• 2–4 years of IT Asset Management experience.
• 2–4 years of experience working with shipping vendors in a commercial environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, secure, and organize inventory of corporate assets held for repair or disposition.
• Maintain accurate records of assets, including identification, location, and status.
• Analyze recurring repair and equipment issues and report findings to management.
