Responsibilities

• Hardware Lifecycle Management: support receiving, imaging, deployment prep, and retirement.
• CMDB, Documentation & Process Improvement: keep SDP and CMDB records up-to-date; document changes and impacts.
• Collaborate with IT operations, security, and business teams to improve data quality and controls.
