Qualifications

• 2+ years in an Inventory-focused role.
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB in a federal IT context.
• Inventory control and audit processes experience in federal IT.
• Track record in Inventory/Asset Management and service improvements.
• Experience with incident, problem, and request management including analytics.
• Strong oral and written communication with senior management.
• Knowledge of IT Service Desk standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with government stakeholders to document and validate requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and BRDs/FRDs.
• Support UAT, training materials, and rollout planning.
• Maintain inventory records for hardware, software, and cloud resources.
• Assist with procurement tracking and contract compliance.
• Provide end-user technical support and coordinate with Service Desk.
• Maintain configuration management records and verify inventory data.
• Develop QA processes aligned with federal guidelines to improve performance.
• Lead root cause analyses and drive continuous improvements in IT Inventory.
• Monitor productivity via ServiceNow dashboards and metrics.
