Qualifications

• 1+ year ITAD or reverse logistics experience.
• Advanced technical knowledge of ITAD processes and troubleshooting.
• Leadership experience and ability to manage projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and categorize IT assets.
• Safely transport materials.
• Keep workstations organized.
• Disassemble IT assets for recycling or disposal.
• Follow safety and data security procedures (R2v3, ISO 27001).
• Mentor operators and back up Team Lead.
• Use Lean methodologies to drive process improvements.
