Job summary

Mesquite ISD is seeking an Auxiliary - Technical/Info Services/Technical Services staff member to plan and complete technology deployments and maintain accurate inventory records for electronic equipment.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and a valid Texas driver license. The role requires knowledge of hardware/software, strong analytical skills, and ability to work with Microsoft Office and Google Suite across Mac/Windows/iOS platforms. Two years in a K-12 setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a K-12 environment preferred.
• Knowledge: Computer hardware/software, inventory management, and technology support systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish new items in inventory using spreadsheets and software.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Assist Technical Services with product evaluation and implementation.
• Provide server software support if needed.
• Maintain computer-based inventory records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
