Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an IT Asset Management & Deployment Specialist to oversee the full lifecycle of technology assets across locations. You will maintain accurate inventory, coordinate device deployment for onboarding, and ensure asset records are complete and compliant.

The role also covers asset recovery, redeployment, lifecycle tracking, mobile device management, reporting, and governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT asset management or related roles.
• Experience with asset lifecycle processes and asset tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records for all IT assets and ensure accurate tagging.
• Prepare and deploy equipment to new hires and existing employees.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding asset fulfillment and tracking.
• Manage asset recovery, redeployment, and lifecycle management.
• Oversee mobile device management, activations, and carrier transfers.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports on inventory, deployments, and depreciation.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, SOX, and governance requirements.
