Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an IT Asset Management & Deployment Specialist in Richardson, TX. The role oversees full lifecycle management of IT assets, including inventory control, deployment, recovery, and compliance across locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records for all IT assets and ensure accurate tagging and tracking.
• Prepare and deploy equipment to new hires and existing staff, including enrollment and configuration.
• Manage recovery, redeployment, and refurbishment of assets across the lifecycle.
• Track assets from procurement through disposal, including warranty and lease management.
• Coordinate mobile device management, activations, upgrades, and carrier transfers.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports for asset counts, availability, and depreciation.
