Job summary

Elevate is seeking an IT Asset & Deployment Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets and depot operations for a distributed workforce in Charlotte, NC. The role emphasizes audit readiness, asset governance, and high-quality employee experience.

You will manage imaging, staging, logistics, and asset records across ITSM, Intune, and CMDB, collaborating with HR, Service Desk, and Identity teams to ensure seamless Day 1 readiness and secure offboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in IT asset management or related tech operations.
• Experience with end-user computing, depot operations, and asset lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Intune, Jamf, and device lifecycle best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee depot operations, imaging, enrollment, staging, and device kitting.
• Manage shipping, receiving, RMAs, and logistics across the United States.
• Own IT asset lifecycle from procurement through deployment, reassignment, and disposal.
• Maintain asset records across ITSM, Intune, CMDB, and asset tools.
• Ensure secure handling and disposal of equipment per policy; lead asset audits.
• Collaborate with HR, Service Desk, and Identity teams for Day 1 readiness.
