Smart Circle is seeking an IT Asset Coordinator to support the Asset Manager in device lifecycle operations, coordinating inventory, shipping, and asset records. The role works closely with IT and Asset teams to ensure accurate documentation and efficient deployment, recovery, and retirement of devices.
Based in Newport Beach, this full-time position includes collaboration on MDM activities and process improvements, with a compensation range of $27.00–$32.00 per hour plus bonus potential.
The IT Asset Coordinator supports the Asset Manager in the daily operation of the company's device lifecycle program. This role coordinates inventory, prepares and ships devices, maintains accurate asset records, and helps ensure devices are deployed, recovered, repaired, and retired efficiently.
Working closely with the Asset Manager and IT, the Asset Coordinator helps maintain accurate inventory, supports Mobile Device Management (MDM) activities, and ensures that client- and company-issued devices are documented and handled according to established standards.
$27.00-$32.00/hour + bonus potential
