Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an IT Asset Management professional to support the US Navy Submarine In-service Program Office. The role focuses on organizing IT assets, device management, and access control across multiple teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience; or an Associate’s degree with 7 years; or a HS diploma with 9 years of related experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Excel.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Discretion in performing work requirements.
• Outstanding written and oral communication to collaborate with a diverse team.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines; ability to present projects to senior management.
• Willingness to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain electronic and physical document systems.
• Manage government issued laptops, phones, and other devices for personnel.
• Manage personnel electronic accounts with ACIO databases.
• Manage swipe access to relevant buildings/spaces for government employees and contractors.
• Perform basic research and follow-up on IT assets from multiple data sources.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams, including customers, carriers, Tier 2 technicians, and project teams.
• Troubleshoot issues and elevate as needed; maintain issue ownership.
• Provide reassurance to end users when delivering solutions and diagnosing issues.
