Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (College transcripts preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of IT industry experience.
• Excellent customer support, communication and service skills.
• Experience with Windows operating environments.
• Experience with consumer distribution systems preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite & Google Workspace.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting, mobile device management platforms, and Active Directory.
• Support includes off-hours accessibility on a rotating schedule.
• Overnight travel to remote sites as needed.
• Familiarity with AI powered reporting tools and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve software issues, system errors, and general computer problems.
• Provide support for VIP Route Accounting System (VIP).
• Support warehouse management systems and operations technologies including mobile devices.
• Provide support for Sales Applications, Sales Reporting, Connect.
• Support additional company software including Microsoft Suite, Omnitracs, Nexus, UKG.
• Refer major hardware or software problems to vendors or technicians for service.
• Set up employees’ system access, email access and user security within software.
• Travel to remote sites to offer support, training and project leadership or assistance.
• Maintain a professional and support driven disposition with end users, and strive to understand end user goals.
