Job summary

• Maintain applications, services, tools, and automations implemented by IT.
• Serve as primary technical support resource for internal IT applications and services.
• Monitor applications and services for availability, errors, performance, and operational issues.
• Troubleshoot issues and determine resolutions for applications and services.
• Test new functionality and updates before production deployment.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, usability, automation, monitoring, and supportability.
• Coordinate with IT teammates, departments, vendors, and leadership for resource needs.
• Assist with backup, recovery, and continuity planning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain applications, services, tools, automations, and technology solutions created, developed, implemented, or initiated by IT.
• Serve as the primary technical support resource for internally managed applications and services.
• Monitor supported applications and services for availability, errors, failures, performance issues, and other operational concerns.
• Troubleshoot application and service issues and determine appropriate resolutions.
• Test new functionality, updates, integrations, and configuration changes before deployment into production environments.
• Identify opportunities to improve the reliability, usability, automation, monitoring, and supportability of IT systems.
• Coordinate with other IT team members, departments, vendors, and leadership when issues require resources.
• Assist with establishing appropriate backup, recovery, continuity.
