BARD Materials in Dubuque, IA is hiring an IT Analyst to join our small, senior IT team. You’ll keep technology running, help people adopt new tools, and grow into the data and application work behind them.

On-site role with frequent local travel across Eastern Iowa and surrounding states. You’ll begin on the frontline help desk, solving tickets by phone, remote sessions, or in person, and automate common issues over time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT support experience or an associate degree in IT/CS.
• Solid knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with Jira, Intune, or PDQ; SQL/Power BI/Python helpful.
• Ability to lead by example and create accountability.
• Strong people skills; build relationships and collaborate well.

Responsibilities

• Own the help desk in Jira: answer, triage, assign, keep queue moving.
• Support Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams Phone, printers, mobile devices, apps.
• Triage truck tablet issues; fix basics remotely; route in-cab work.
• Build/deploy computers with Intune/PDQ; manage truck tablets via MDM.
• Onboard/offboard accounts; manage office tech inventory.
• Document fixes; spot trends; build automations to reduce tickets.
• Join IT after-hours on-call rotation after training.
