Job summary

RUA is seeking a full-time onsite IT support technician in Des Moines, IA. You will assess and troubleshoot basic issues across hardware, software, systems, and applications, and participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support.

The role involves documenting technical information, cross-training with the team, and performing tasks aligned with established career development plans.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Type of Experience: customer service experience or relevant IT certifications.
