Job summary

The Information Technology division of the New Jersey Judiciary in Mercer Vicinage seeks an IT professional to provide expert technical support and lead projects that enhance our technology solutions. The role focuses on supporting Windows 11 in an enterprise setting, Office 365, AD, MECM, Power Platform, SharePoint, and mobile device management.

The successful candidate will be on-call for rotating weekend duties related to virtual criminal justice reform proceedings and other after-hours

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field and one year of IT experience.
• Experience supporting Windows 11 in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Office 365, AD, MECM, Power Platform, SharePoint.
• Familiarity with mobile device management and video conferencing tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent user support to staff, management, and judges.
• Lead projects to enhance technology solutions.
• Plan and implement technology rollouts, including off-hours work.
• Administer servers and user accounts, manage security for files/folders.
• Maintain IT inventory, track hardware assets, and perform audits.
• Configure and support wireless/mobile devices.
• Support SharePoint sites and Power Platform solutions.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues; support printers.
• Support technology in courtrooms and virtual court events.
• Develop training and documentation for staff and judges.
