Job summary

Sub-Zero, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT professional to serve as the primary administrator for AI-powered support solutions and digital workplace tools in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

You will oversee SharePoint, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and other platforms, ensuring secure access, licensing, integrations, and high-quality user support while driving continuous improvement initiatives and automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for AI-powered support solutions and automation tools, including knowledge management, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Administer and support enterprise platforms including SharePoint, Miro, Docusign, LinkedIn Learning, Adobe Creative Cloud, SnagIt, workplace security systems, AI-powered support solutions, and other Digital Workplace technologies.
• Manage platform configuration, user access, licensing, workflows, and integrations.
• Provide advanced support for enterprise platforms, working with users, vendors, and IT teams to resolve issues and improve platform performance.
• Support software licensing, renewals, vendor relationships, contracts, and budget planning activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
• Participate in platform upgrades, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job description

• Administer and support enterprise platforms including SharePoint, Miro, Docusign, LinkedIn Learning, Adobe Creative Cloud, SnagIt, workplace security systems, AI-powered support solutions, and other Digital Workplace technologies.
• Manage platform configuration, user access, licensing, workflows, and integrations.
• Provide advanced support for enterprise platforms, working with users, vendors, and IT teams to resolve issues and improve platform performance.
• Support software licensing, renewals, vendor relationships, contracts, and budget planning activities.

• Experience working in a manufacturing or enterprise environment.

Associate degree in Information Technology, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
