Job summary

The Christian and Missionary Alliance in Reynoldsburg, OH seeks an IT Adoption Specialist to drive effective use of core technology tools across the organization. This full-time role reports to the Director of IT Services and focuses on aligning workflows with configured platforms to deliver real-world impact.

Responsibilities include training design, tool configuration, adoption tracking, migrations, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• 3+ years of experience in technology training, adoption, change management, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and at least one major PM platform (ClickUp/Asana/Monday.com).
• Ability to elicit workflow requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate them into configurations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for core IT tools.
• Configure platforms to match staff workflows and maintain standards.
• Define and report on adoption metrics to guide improvements.
• Lead user-facing migrations and communicate timelines.
• Train users on reports and dashboards, coordinating with IT stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with AOM leaders and champions.
