Job summary

The Christian and Missionary Alliance (CMA) in Reynoldsburg, Ohio seeks an experienced Full Stack Developer to design and develop web applications in a full-time role reporting to the Director for Software and Engineering.

You will develop features, manage authentication for Alliance systems, ensure quality delivery, and collaborate across teams while following SDLC and agile practices. The role emphasizes documentation and ongoing technology assessment.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in a related field.
• 5+ years developing enterprise-level full-stack web applications.
• Experience working in Agile environment.
• Experience writing application tests (Unit, Integration, etc.).
• 5–7 years of related position experience.
• Experience with data pipelines or data warehousing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Alliance applications for the National Office and affiliates.
• Design, develop, test, and document web applications.
• Handle authentication for Alliance systems (IP Board).
• Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery and adhere to SDLC/agile practices.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define timelines and solutions.
• Review code and mentor teammates.
• Serve as backup for other Software Engineer team members.
