Job summary

Tom Wood Group in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking an IT Operations Administrator to own day-to-day user lifecycle management across our Microsoft 365 and dealership management software environments. You’ll work with HR and IT peers to ensure accurate accounts, licenses, and access, and assist with equipment needs for new hires.

You will help maintain a secure, cloud-based IT stack across our multi-brand dealership network and support ongoing operations with a proactive, detail-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of user lifecycle management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD/Entra ID in a cloud environment.
• Experience with auto and powersports dealership software (DMS, CRM, or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration with HR and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day user lifecycle management across locations.
• Create and manage user accounts, licenses, and access groups.
• Provision access within dealership management software.
• Coordinate equipment orders for new hires.
• Assist with onboarding and transfers.
• Document SOPs and improve lifecycle processes.
• Handle inbound IT help desk calls on a rotating schedule.
