Job summary

Stripe is seeking a seasoned Manager, AMER Issuing and Treasury Product Sales to recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering ambitious growth in Issuing and Treasury across the Americas. You will drive consultative, solution-based sales cycles, partnering with Core Sales, Product, and cross-functional teams to close strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology sales experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• 3+ years in payments or financial services industry.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise new-business and expansion sales.
• Experience selling complex, technical, or regulated products through multi-stakeholder buying processes.
• Ability to hire, train, and coach a high-performance sales team in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and drive collaboration across diverse groups.
• High energy, strong work ethic, disciplined execution, and a results-driven mindset.
• Strong teamwork and positive attitude are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Issuing and Treasury product sales executives across AMER.
• Set a clear strategy and operating plan that delivers against pipeline, bookings, attach rate, adoption, and revenue goals.
• Manage day-to-day business operations, including pipeline creation, deal progression, forecasting, performance against targets, and key sales metrics.
• Coach the team to lead consultative, solution-based sales cycles with prospective and existing users, from discovery through close and launch.
• Partner closely with Core AEs to identify, prioritize, and execute on the highest-potential Issuing and Treasury opportunities.
• Engage directly in the largest and most strategic opportunities, building executive relationships and shaping commercial strategy.
• Develop scalable sales motions for new business, expansion, and strategic account growth across Issuing and Treasury.
• Build feedback loops with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to surface market needs and unblock deals.
• Translate product capabilities and regulatory considerations into clear value propositions for users.
• Create structure and focus for GTM initiatives, product launches, campaigns, and enablement programs.
• Inspire, motivate, and enable individual development, creating clear expectations and meaningful career growth for direct reports.
• Lead with clarity and context, aligned with Stripe’s strategy and Global Issuing and Treasury Sales organization.
• Continuously improve sales processes and team effectiveness by sharing best practices.
