Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Sales Manager for AMER Issuing and Treasury to recruit, develop, and lead a high-impact sales team across the Americas. You will drive growth through strategic account management, consultative selling, and collaboration with product, risk, and partnerships.

You will shape sales motions, navigate multi-stakeholder deals, and coach leaders for durable, scalable growth in a fast-paced fintech environment. Office presence in South San Francisco is expected.

Qualifications

• > 10 years of technology sales experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• 3+ years in payments or financial services.
• Proven enterprise new-business and expansion sales experience.
• Experience selling complex, regulated products through multi-stakeholder processes.
• Ability to hire, train, and coach a high-performance sales team.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing Issuing and Treasury product sales team across AMER.
• Set strategy and operating plan to hit pipeline, bookings, adoption, and revenue goals.
• Manage pipeline creation, deal progression, forecasting, and key sales metrics.
• Coach team to lead consultative, solution-based sales cycles from discovery to close and launch.
• Engage with product, engineering, risk, and finance to unblock deals and improve customer experience.
• Develop scalable sales motions for new business, expansion, and account growth.
