American University’s International Student & Scholar Services (ISSS) seeks a friendly, organized student to join as an ISSS Student Advisor. The role supports international students and visitors, handling inquiries, front-desk tasks, and administrative duties essential to office operations.

Job Description: Summary: The International Student & Scholar Services Office at American University is seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable student to join our team as an ISSS Student Advisor. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service to international students and visitors, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting the overall operations of the office. The ideal candidate will serve as the eyes and ears in detecting international student issues, anticipating problems, and proposing solutions. Our office is keen on seeking student perspectives to assist in enhancing the effectiveness of our services and ensuring they align with international student needs.
Part-time. 20 hours per week.
$18.40 per hour.
