American University is seeking 2–3 graduate work-study eligible students for Fall 2026 in the School of International Service to assist with daily office operations. The role is in-person, with duties including helping prospective students via email/phone, outbound calls, and front desk support.
Ambassadors will participate in admissions events and campus tours. The position runs Fall 2026 with potential renewal for Spring 2027 and beyond, at 10 hours per week and $20.00 per hour.

The Office of Graduate Enrollment Management at SIS is looking to hire 2-3 graduate work study eligible students for Fall 2026 to assist with the daily operation of the office. This is a great opportunity that allows for interfacing with prospective students who are exploring graduate school options. This student will need to help with the Student Ambassador duties as well. Please notethat this is an in‑person position. The position is available for Fall 2026 with the possibility of renewal for Spring 2027 and beyond.
