Job summary

Odyssey Systems Consulting Group seeks a Senior Security Manager to lead security programs for ISR/AFLCMC initiatives at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires coordinating IP, industrial, and personnel security across DoD programs and SAPs, ensuring compliance with JSIG and RMF frameworks.

You will supervise security operations, liaison with program managers, and guide teams ensuring IAW DoD and AF security requirements while traveling up to 10% and onsite at the Patterson facility.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Top Secret clearance required.
• Education: Master's/Doctorate with 10 years DoD experience; or Bachelor's with 12 years DoD; or 15 years directly related experience, 8 in DoD.
• Certification: SPED Security Fundamentals Professional Certification.
• Location: Wright Patterson AFB; Travel: 10%; Onsite work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical expert for IP and acquisition security programs supporting DoD and USAF programs.
• Provide security management, analytical and support services for AFLCMC/WI, AFLCMC/WIN and ISR programs.
• Administer physical, information, industrial, personnel, and OPSEC programs for assigned activities.
• Guide process teams in security disciplines across physical, information, industrial, and personnel security.
• Assist Government SAP Security Officer and program managers on SAP information and security matters.
• Coordinate Prime and Sub DD Form 254 to the Program Security Office.
• Manage SAP programs per JSIG and ICDs, as applicable.
• Implement AF SAP Nomination Process and JSIG/RMF frameworks.
• Process Program Access Requests for program access as per AF SAPNP.
• Maintain PAR tracking and ensure complete in-processing and debriefing documentation.
