Job summary

SRG4 Government Services seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead complex Air Force research and technology portfolios at Wright-Patterson AFB. You will drive cost, schedule, performance, and risk across classified programs, mentoring junior managers and coordinating with Government leadership and technical teams.

Requirements include a Master’s degree, PMP, 10+ years in DoD program management, SAP experience, and TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active PMP certification required.
• Minimum 10 years of DoD cost and schedule management experience.
• Five years of SAP experience required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and management of complex DoD programs within approved baselines.
• Provide senior-level oversight of cost, schedule, performance, risk, and acquisition.
• Oversee resource-loaded IMS and WBS.
• Direct monthly schedule updates and program status for leadership visibility.
• Mentor Journeyman Program Managers and ensure program-health reporting.
