Job summary

SSE is seeking a Senior Security Manager IV to support a MILCON program at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires extensive experience with SCIF construction, ICD 705, TEMPEST, and security system design and accreditation.

Lead security oversight from design through construction, ensure compliant documentation (CSP, TEMPEST), coordinate TSCM, and supervise security technicians on active sites. U.S. citizenship and high-level clearance required.

Qualifications

• Requires U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI/SAP access eligibility.
• Extensive ICD 705, SCIF/SAPF construction knowledge and accreditation.
• Experience with construction security programs, TEMPEST, and security systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide security programming and design expertise for SCIF operations.
• Apply ICD 705 requirements to construction designs and docs.
• Oversee CSP, Pre-Construction & Inspectable Materials checklists; TEMPEST requirements.
• Develop and oversee construction surveillance program for active sites.
• Coordinate TSCM requirements and implement security measures.
• Supervise site security technicians and support SCIF testing and accreditation.
