Job summary

Wiser Imagery Services in Quantico, VA is seeking a Collection Manager (Jr/Mid) to support intelligence collection planning and execution. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance and experience with JWICS/SIPRNet environments, working across HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, and OSINT.

You will develop collection requirements, monitor MOEs/MOPs, analyze ISR data with tools like MATLAB or SPSS, and collaborate with all-source teams to produce actionable assessments and briefings.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance (CI Poly eligibility).
• Hands-on experience in JWICS and SIPRNet environments.
• Experience in collection management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, monitor, and manage intelligence collection requirements based on customer needs and gaps.
• Support multi-INT collection strategies across HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, OSINT, and other capabilities.
• Evaluate collection reporting using MOEs and MOPs and other methods.
