Job summary

ServiceSource in Virginia is seeking a Quality Improvement Manager to oversee the ISP processes, review the quality of services, and ensure documentation complies with internal and external standards and regulations.

The role involves coordinating person-centered planning, monitoring ISPs and quarterly progress reports, and supporting staff in data collection to assure service quality and accurate billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Three years of work experience in developmental disabilities required.
• Must complete Root Cause Analysis training and maintain DBHDS credentials.
• Pass VA DBHDS background check and ODD assessment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ISP processes and quarterly progress reports.
• Monitor and ensure documentation accuracy for billing and compliance.
• Coordinate referrals, admissions, transfers, and discharges; attend outreach events.
• Review participant progress and advise on plans with behavior analysts, nurses, and therapists.
• Maintain and monitor participant records in compliance with regulations; develop staff trainings.
