Job summary

NewtekOne is seeking a Payroll Implementation Specialist to assist the SVP of Payroll with implementing iSolved products and onboarding new clients from existing payroll or previous HCM systems.

The role requires strong payroll expertise in a complex, multi-pay group environment, plus the ability to influence and close with clients. A PSB background and Excel proficiency are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of payroll experience in a complex PSB environment.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Experience with multiple pay groups and pay cycles.
• Strong influencing and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Implementations team to keep projects on schedule.
• Attend implementation, sales and payroll team meetings as scheduled.
• Maintain client engagement through the implementation and transfer to Client Services.
