Job summary

isolved is seeking a Managed Payroll Specialist to act as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, advising on best practices, and resolving issues within the isolved HCM system.

You will manage payroll data, respond to employee questions by email, and stay current on payroll compliance across states while collaborating with cross-functional teams to protect data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and Adobe Flyer.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with payroll data and multi-state wage and hour laws.
• Ability to work independently and analyze data to solve problems.
• Bachelor's degree or higher with related experience, or an Associate's with experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage client communications and own cases to resolution.
• Assist clients with using the isolved HCM system and answer payroll questions via email.
• Stay current on payroll compliance and HCM developments.
• Provide guidance on new/enhanced applications to clients.
• Ensure payroll data is accurate and up-to-date in the HCM system.
• Process payroll timely with cross-functional team.
• Submit pre-process reports for client approval.
• Submit payroll on behalf of client.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Learn HR practices for career pathing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement culture.
• Stay updated with technology and software.
• Uphold company policies.
