Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking an iSOC Coordinator Level 1 to monitor security at customer locations using advanced two-way audio/video surveillance. You will perform remote checks, assist during openings/closings, and respond to inquiries from customers, employees, and vendors.

The role emphasizes strong communication, calm decision-making in high-pressure situations, and on-site training. Starting pay is $20 per hour with shift differentials and onboarding training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during openings/closings.
• Communicate via two-way audio/video surveillance with customers.
• Dispatch emergency services when required.
• Answer inbound calls and resolve security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the automation system.
