Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in Quality, Engineering, or Business.
• 2 to 5 years document control or quality system experience.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ASME, and/or API standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate creation, review, approval, revision, distribution, and obsolescence of controlled documents.
• Maintain master documents ensuring current revisions are available at points of use.
• Prepare objective evidence and organize files for internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
• Review production records and support audits.
